Hi Kingston Primary School Parents, 

Kingston Primary School will be hosting a Fear-Less Triple P session on Thursday the 4th of November at 5pm.

Fear-Less Triple P supports parents to help their children to learn to manage their anxiety. In this 2-hour session, you will gain;

• a better understanding of anxiety and fear and what can be done about it.
• a whole range of tools and strategies to help, which are based on proven principles.
• an understanding of what to do when your child is anxious or upset.

A session is also being run at Eaton Primary School on Wednesday the 10th of November at 9.15am. 

All parents are welcome to sign up for either session.
