Wet and Wild West cross country 2021

Yesterday, the annual cross country competition was held in some very blustery conditions. The races started last week with the year 3’s doing their run earlier due to swimming lessons. The year 2’s started our day off racing their 2 laps of the oval, followed by the years 1’s competing in their first ever cross country race. We then moved onto our senior students who had to run over two laps of the whole school. With the rain threatening to come down, we managed to get through it all.

In the end our winning Faction was Stanley Strikers! The students from year 3-6 who came 1^st – 4^th, will now have the opportunity to compete in the interschool race held at Adam Road PS later in the term. Again well done to all the students and parents who braved the wintery conditions.
