What a great couple of weeks we’ve had at Kingston Primary. Through the wet weather we’ve had the Cross Country and today the Year 6 Winter Carnival. I would like to thank Mr Matt Campbell for his organisation of these events and  commitment to the students and their sporting activities. Well done to all our Kingston students for having a go, trying their best and showing great sportsmanship. It’s been lovely seeing so many students helping and encouraging one another.

Thank you to the parents and families who I’ve met already, it’s been great getting to know people. I look forward to continuing to meet families, and invite you to come to the P&C meeting this Monday evening (14 June) at the Treendale Farm from 5pm or chatting to you at school.

I would like to let you know that as a school we are looking at creating a school Facebook page to give families regular updates on what’s happening at school. More information about this will be sent out in the coming weeks.  Further to this we will reduce the number of newsletters to two a term as of Term 3. Newsletters will be sent out in Week 5 and 10 of each term.
