YEAR 6 CAMP
103 students and 8 staff had an awesome 3 days at Dare Adventure Camp in Dwellingup from the 28th-30th April. The students participated in various activities including archery tag, rock climbing, crate climb, commando course, team games, raft building and mountain biking.
The camp and the activities were designed to develop leadership, cooperation, teamwork, problem solving, resilience, build friendships, while also having a lot of fun! It was fabulous to see that students were comfortable away from iPads, phones and communication The students wore coloured bandanas to identify their group and wore them with pride. It was really encouraging to see students set physical, personal and mental goals and achieve them. Everyone was fed extremely well and the food was delicious.
The Year 6 students will have memories of their camp for many years to come!
